Our asphalt repair process consists of four steps: examination, removal, filling, and compaction. In the examination step, our certified team members inspect the damage and determine the extent and cause of the problem. They will also measure the size and depth of the pothole, and mark the area for repair.
In the removal step, we use specialized equipment to cut out and remove the damaged asphalt, leaving a clean and uniform edge.
In the filling step, we use our new hot mix asphalt, which is a mixture of aggregate and binder, to fill the pothole.
In the compaction step, we use a roller or a tamper to compact the new asphalt, creating a smooth and solid surface. We will also seal the edges of the repair with a tack coat adhesive to prevent water infiltration and future damage.
