We then carefully remove the old asphalt and haul it away, exposing the base of the lot. We add fresh base material if needed and roll it to grade, ensuring proper water drainage and foundation stability. We then apply a new layer of premium asphalt and roll it to a specified thickness, giving you a durable and smooth surface.
